Chroma Coma is artist W. Andrew Sheppard. He fell in love with art from a young age but was unsure about pursuing it as a career at first. He had always been interested in science as well. Andrew ended up graduation with degrees in Psychology and Economics. Unhappy with job options from those fields and feeling a lack of interest in the subjects, he looked to art to fill a need in his life. Thankfully he found a coworker at his current job at the time who was also an artist but had a more established business. He learned a lot from his friend and it energized him into action. Even though he did not attend a school for art, Andrew has been working professionally as an artist for the last five years. He specializes in oil pastel but has lately started branching into other mediums including markers, pencil, and digital. His bright colors and unique texture are signatures of his style. Andrew is also a woodworker and all his original drawings and commissions come in a handmade wooden frame.
